Only now, as an emotional intelligence advocate and coach, do I realize the truth -

Without emotions, we cannot successfully inspire or influence teams, leaders, or our clients.

Often the only woman at the table in male-dominated industries of technology and finance, I knew denying my feelings was the price of admission. “Leave your emotions at home!” was the warning.

But through my own experiences, I realized we never go anywhere, literally or figuratively, without emotions - they are always along for the ride!

I serve as a trusted coach to emerging & established women leaders worldwide. My clients learn to:

  • lead with greater self-awareness

  • use empathy to connect, and

  • learn resilience to achieve the success they deserve.

A Solid Roadmap to Success: How do we make it happen?

First, we need to focus on where we want to be and what’s helping and what’s slowing our progress. Do we have the mindsets, skillsets, and other competencies needed to get ‘there’? We start then by using ‘best fit’ assessments for DISCOVERY.

While coaching happens, we CAPTURE what we’re discovering daily with ACTIVE JOURNALING. In journals, clients freely reflect on what they’re learning about themselves, what is/is not fulfilling and how our emotions may be clearing up or clouding our thinking.

Throughout there is SOLID COACHING METHODOLOGY focused on developing vision, creating possibilities, and using the power of emotions to focus even as everything changes.
